The MTA has been established between the Herbarium of the Faculty of Forest Science, NUOL, Lao PDR and the Kagoshima University Museum, Kagoshima University, Japan, dated 15 May 2024.

1. It is required to share research results and related publications with the local project partners and the Lao ABS authority to acknowledge the genetic resource providers.
2. This permission is used for research purposes only.
3. If further experiment on the biological resource mentioned above is used commercially, the Kagoshima University Museum, Kagoshima University, Japan must inform the authorities and establish the ABS agreement.
4. The ABS permission has to be extended annually until the end of the project and list of export samples must be attached to the application.
