MATERIAL TRANSFER AGREEMENT – MTA
The purpose of the Material Transfer Agreement (MTA) is the Shipment of genetic heritage samples identified in the Shipment Invoice(s) together with which they will be shipped, pursuant to the art. 12, IV, of Law no. 13.123, of 2015 and will integrate the shipment registration at National System for the Management of Genetic Heritage and Associated Traditional Knowledge - SisGen.
