The law establish the juridical rules and procedures on horticulture, production and commercialization of fruits, berries and planting material. Production and comercialization of the horticol material is ensured by the private sector in base of licencing of activity in the mentioned field and in accordance with the Law on the regulation of entrepreneurial activity through licensing.
