  • ABSCH-MSR-GT-206455-1 Legislative, Administrative or Policy Measure Legislative Decree 6-2014, approval of The Nagoya Protocol
    Decree concerning the approval of The Nagoya Protocol on Access to Genetic Resources and the Fair and Equitable Sharing of Benefits Arising from their utilization to the Convention on Biological Diversit.

    Article 1. The Nagoya Protocol on Access to Genetic Resources and the Fair and Equitable Sharing of Benefits Arising from their utilization to the Convention on Biological Diversity is approved.

    Article 2. The total number of Members of Congress of the Republic approved in one debate and came into force the following day of its publication in the official gazette .
