1. The indigenous stromatolite water and sediments samples from these marine water samples to which the permission pertains may be utilized solely for non-commercial research
objectives as defined in the permit and set research by the permit holder.
2. The indigenous stromatolite water and sediments to which the letter/permit related may not be
utilized for bioprospecting without a previous permit obtained in accordance with NEMBA and the BABS
Regulations.
3. The permit prohibits the collection and transportation of the following species:
(i) Rock lobsters
(ii) Oysters
(iii) Abalone species
