1. The Animal and Plant Quarantine Agency (APQA), the Republic of Korea must share research findings and publications with the National Animal Health Laboratory (NAHL) and the ABS authority in order to acknowledge the provider of genetic resources.

The biological resource is not allowed to the third party without permission from the provider and the ABS authority.
The samples collected from this project (6 samples for Food and Mouth Disease Virus and 24 samples for Avian Influenza Virus) will be taken out of Laos for genetic analysis by PCR technique at the Laboratory of APQA, Republic of Korea.
