(1) It is required to share research result and related publications with the local project partner and the ABS authority to acknowledge genetic resource providers.
(2) This permission is used for research purposes only. In regard to the extension of the permit, it is required to share research progress and related publications of the project.

(3) If further experiment on the biological resource is used for commercial purposes, the Laboratory of Animal Genetics, Faculty of Agriculture, Tokyo University of Agriculture, Japan has to inform the authority and the ABS agreement must be established.
The genetic resource or the samples mentioned above is not allowed to the third party without permission from the provider and the ABS authority.
The genetic resource or the sample will be exported from Lao PDR to the Laboratory of Animal Genetics, Faculty of Agriculture, Tokyo University of Agriculture, Japan for DNA sequencing and analysis.
