The Prior Informed Consent was granted to the Landscape Arboretum of the University of Minnesota for scientific research by the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection of the Republic of Belarus.

3.2. The use of genetic resources for commercial purposes is possible only after the concluded side benefit-sharing agreement to this Agreement (or a new agreement).
