The Law establishes juridical rules and procedures for protection and use of wild animals (mammals, birds, reptiles, amphibians, fishes, insects, crustaceans, mollusks etc.) which habit in terrestrial, water, atmosphere and soil biotas.
Art. 17. Collections of the fauna of wild animals.
(1) Collection activity of the fauna of wild animals (live collections in zoo parks, as well as prepared animals etc.) is allowed to the juridical persons with the scopes of scientific, cultural, educational or esthetic, and is established by the group of scientific experts.
Art. 19. Import, export, reexport, transit of animals are allowed by the permission issued by the environmental authority.
Art. 27. The use of animal resources in economic, scientific, cultural and educational and esthetic scopes.
Art. 34. State Register of resources of the animal regnum.
