Swiss Federal Institute of Intellectual Property
The Swiss Federal Institute of Intellectual Property is the federal agency for matters concerning intellectual property in Switzerland. In the context of genetic resources and traditional knowledge it is responsible for the implementation of the disclosure of source requirement for genetic resources and/or traditional knowledge in patent applications (see MSR for further details).
