As part of the SCBD-IDLO Capacity-Building Programme 2015-2016 to support the implementation of the Nagoya Protocol, with funding received from the Japan Biodiversity Fund, an online Global Network of ABS legal experts was established for course participants to serve as a mechanism for peer-to-peer knowledge-sharing, further learning and exchange of resources and experiences on ABS legal issues. Various mechanisms were employed in the 2015-2016 Project, including a Facebook group, website, newsletters and webinars.
On the webpage course participants can obtain the latest updates on the training course, access further resources to supplement their learning, get to know their fellow colleagues and share their news and resources in the blog.
