Procedures and Guidelines for Access and Collection of Genetic Resources in Malawi (2002)

The Procedures and Guidelines for Access and collection of Genetic Resources in Malawi provide a non binding regulatory framework under which collectors and researchers can apply for permits and a multi-stakeholder Genetic Resources and Biotechnology Committee reviews and makes recommendations to relevant lead agencies who issue permits.
