The law establish a juridical rules for production, processing, control and certification of the quality, comercialization of seeds and planting material. Testing and registration of plant varieties is in duty of the State Comission on Testing of Plant Varieties and is provided in accordance of international methodologies and standards. The State Commission provide testing of cultural value and use of authohnon plant varieties as well as introduced from abroad, and their criteria of distiguisity, uniformity and stability are evaluated. The plant vatiety is introduced in the National Register of plant varieties, or is submitted to breveting process.
