Act VIII of 2014 on the publication of the Nagoya Protocol on Access to Genetic Resources and the Fair and Equitable Sharing of Benefits Arising from their Utilization to the Convention on Biological Diversity
This law is the publication of the Nagoya Protocol in Hungary. It entered into force in February 12th, 2014. Articles 2.§ and 3.§, that contain the act of publication and the official text of the Nagoya Protocol in English and Hungarian entered into force in October 12th, 2014.
