1. The user shall take prior approval of NBA for commercial utilization of the accessed biological resources,
2. The transferor shall pay 5.0% of FOB as Benefit Sharing to NBA.
3. The user shall take prior approval of NBA for obtaining IPR on invention based on the accessed biological resources.

5. Setting up of venture capital fund for aiding the cause of benefit claimers.
6. Payment of monetary compensation and non-monetary benefits to the benefit claimers as the NBA may deem fit.
Application in Form-IV for Transfer of Kappaphycus alvarezii (Eucheuma cottonii) to Indonesia, Malaysia, Spain, Philippines etc., for commercial utilization.
