    The Ministry of the Environment is to request a person who has stated that the one will use genetic resources on one’s own in a report based on “Guidelines on Access to Genetic Resources and the Fair and Equitable Sharing of Benefits Arising from Their Utilization” to provide relevant information related to the utilization of genetic resources after approximately five years have elapsed from the date on which the said report was submitted, as appropriate.
