Acción de inconstitucionalidad en contra del Decreto No. 6-2014 del Congreso de la República, por vicios de procedimiento y de fondo. Encontrándose dicho Decreto en suspension provisional desde el año 2016 hasta que se emita una resolución definitiva por parte de la Corte de Constitucionalidad.

Article 1. The Nagoya Protocol on Access to Genetic Resources and the Fair and Equitable Sharing of Benefits Arising from their utilization to the Convention on Biological Diversity is approved.
Article 2. The total number of Members of Congress of the Republic approved in one debate and came into force the following day of its publication in the official gazette .
