Ley para la Protección del Patrimonio Cultural de la Nación
Tiene por objeto la defensa, conservación, reivindicación, rescate, restauración, protección, investigación, divulgación, acrecentamiento y trasmisión a las generaciones futuras de los bienes que constituyen el Patrimonio Cultural de la NAción en todo el territotio nacional y en las aguas jurisdiccionales.
