Coordination text environmental enforcement regulation, through which the competence of "Natuurinspectie" is extended to the Nagoya-regulation (see art. 2,25°, and art. 25,17°) and art. 10, §1, 1°-3° of the decree of integral water management in RKG and SBZ (see art. 25,18°)
The text assigns the "Natuurinspectie/Nature inspection" to "Agentschap Natuur en Bos" as NCA for the Nagoya Protocol in the Flanders Region.
