Ley Forestal, Areas Protegidas y Vida Silvestre decreto 98-2007
La presente ley establece el regimen legal a que se sujetarí la administración y manejo de los Recursos Forestales, Areas Protegidas y Vida Silvestre, incluyendo su proteccion, restauracion, aprovechamiento, conservacion y fomento, propiciando el desarrollo sostenible, de acuerdo con el interés social, economico, ambiental y cultural del país.
