Ley General de Pesca y Acuicultura, Decreto 106-2015
Esta Ley tiene por finalidad establecer el marco regulatorio para el ordenamiento, protección y fomento de los recursos hidrobiológicos correspondientes a la actividad pesquera y acuícola del Estado de Honduras, incluyendo su extracción, cultivo, aprovechamiento, procesamiento, transporte, comercialización y otras actividades conexas.
