In any form requiring a link to an Internationally Recognised Certificate of Compliance, selecting the 'Please select' box results in an 'Unknown error'. I know there are no IRCCs currently published, but I would have expected a simple nil return, so i suspect a problem.

Problem 2:
Attempting to add an issuing authority to the CPC I selected “Add Issuing Authority” and a form opened. Several fields appear that cannot be populated (Firefox):
Organization
Acronym
Contact person: Title , Job Title, Department/Division/Unit,
Address: Street Address, State or province, City, Postal Code or Zip
I cannot then save the form, since mandatory fields are incomplete, so a new issuing authority cannot be created.

The "Add Organization" issue was fixed with previous bug fix. could you please reload ABS-CH and try again?

Although I can enter data in the form, I am unable to save it, either with only all of the mandatory fields comlpleted, or with all fields completed. The 'save' button is inoperative. I am attemptimng to complete "Person or entity to whom prior informed consent was granted" on the CPC, as a person. (using Firefox)
