The Ministry of Health is responsible for:
A)the Directorate for Public Health of the Directorate-General for Public Health and Quality of Life which, in accordance with the relevant provisions of Presidential Decree 121/2017, shall be responsible for matters relating to the implementation of Article 4(8) of the Regulation, in cooperation with the competent public bodies supervised by the Ministry of Health;
B) the National Organization for Medicines for the implementation of the provisions of the Regulation that fall within its competence.
