Access to IRCCs by country of user

It has been suggested to me (by the UK Regulator) that it would be useful to be able to search IRCCs by the country of the recipient of PIC. This would enable her to be more effective in managing responsibilities under Arts 15 and 16.
For the same reasons, an automatic notification to the CNA of the user country on issuance of the IRCC could be helpful.
I know from discussions with NFPs and CNAs over the past few years that a recurring concern is how they know who the users are in their countries. So, are either of these feasable / desirable? I think this is probably something for the IAC to discuss.

Thanks for the feedback, ill keep note of it. Yes, these types of searches are feasible, but it would be nice discuss with the IAC and to have a little clearer picture of where we are going with this before implementing anything. Making this work practically and effectively is the crux of the system and the innovative part that differentiates the ABSCH from the other clearing-houses at the SCBD. Even though we don't have a tons of experience yet, I think it would be helpful to revisit these issues at the next IAC meeting in June and get a better understanding of the requirements to make effective monitoring through the ABSCH really work in practice.
