To view the history of a record of interest:
- On the Dashboard, click on the ‘list’ icon or directly on the record type.
- In the summary list that opens, click on the record of interest. The record will open and you will see the “History” (all previous versions) in the “Record Information” section. To open a specific previous version, simply click on the record in the “History” list.
Additional Information: In the selected record, click on the green Compare button to choose the version you want the current record to compare with. Differences between the two versions will be highlighted.
