Grouping and Sorting
The buttons located on the top to the right of the Search page allow users to select various display options for search results. They are: DEFAULT VIEW, SORT, SHARE and EXPORT.
DEFAULT VIEW | This option is selected automatically when you access the Search page. The DEFAULT VIEW is by ‘list’ for all categories of records, except for National Records, which are arranged by Country. Click on the down arrow to switch the view to LIST, GROUP or MATRIX. Clicking on GROUP will open a pop-up box with more selection options. |
SORT | Click on this button to select sorting options. |
SHARE | Click on this button to share your search results with other users either by URL, by email or by embedding record(s) into another webpage. |
EXPORT | Click here to export the information to a spreadsheet format. |
Other options:
To narrow search results, users may apply a combination of filters. For example, users can select more than one record type and more than one sub-filter within each record type.
