How can I save a record as a draft?

Draft records in any category may be saved for access at a later date:

  • In the “Submission form”, click on the Save Draft button which is located on the top and bottom right corners. Then exit the form. The record will be added on your Dashboard in the “Drafts” column and will also appear as a draft in the summary of all records page.

A draft can be worked on at a later date as follows:

  1. Sign into the Submit page.
  2. On the Dashboard:
  • Click on the record in the “Drafts” column of the respective record type. This will open the page with the summary of all the records for that record type.

         OR

  • Click on the ‘list icon’ icon next to a record type. This will open the page with the summary of all the records for that record type. 

        OR

  • Click on the record type to access the page with the summary of all the records for that record type. 

      3. Find your draft record and click on the ‘edit’ icon.

      4. In the “Submission form”, fill in the fields and complete the submission process.
