What is the reporting period for which the Interim National Report is applicable?

There is no specific reporting period for the Interim National Report, it is meant to assess the level of implementation of the Protocol for your country.  This includes relevant areas that have already been implemented, as well as upcoming activities, and may include those that have been implemented before the adoption of the Protocol.  It is not only meant for measures already in place at the time of submission—there are text boxes for further information, where you can note, for example, a legislative measure that has not been adopted but that is in development or expected to be adopted in the near future.
