Enforcement Rule of the Act on Access to and Utilization of Genetic Resources and Benefit-Sharing
This Enforcement Rule is Ordinance of the Ministry of Environment in order to prescribe matters delegated by the Act on Access to and Utilization of Genetic Resources and Benefit-Sharing and its Enforcement Decree and matters necessary for the enforcement thereof.
