Ministry of Environment of the Slovak Republic
The Ministry of Environment of the Slovak Republic receives relevant information under the Article 17, paragraph 1 (a) (i) of the Nagoya Protocol on ABS, if the other designated bodies or legal persons are not competent to receive them under Act. No. 263/2015 Col. on competences in the area of access to genetic resources and sharing of benefits arising from their utilization.
