The Central Controlling and Testing Institute in Agriculture receives relevant information related to prior informed consent, to the source of the genetic resource, to the establishment of mutually agreed terms, and/or to the utilization of genetic resources, as appropriate, in the area of plant protection products, auxiliary products in crop protection, fertilizer, animal feed, the variety of cultivated plants or propagating material of cultivated plants that are prior to their introducing into the market subject to authorization, or subject of a notification under special regulations.
