*Make ‘Sample Transfer Certificate’/ ‘Material Transfer Agreement’ mandatory at the time of application for ‘Phytosanitory Certificate if the intended uses are for research and commercial utilization’;
*Shall notify NBC on the receipt of the ‘Sample Transfer Certificate’/ ‘Material Transfer Agreement’/ ‘National Permit equivalent to the Certificate of Compliance’ or ‘’any other information’ at any point of the value chain of product development; and
*Where appropriate, submit information related to ABS in the ABS Clearing House at https://absch.cbd.int/ through a focal officer designated as a National Authorized Users.
